For the Weekend Warriors, Weirdos & Whackjobs - Issue #9
Something old, something new and a touch of the weird as always.
A busy week over here at Bullshit Hunting HQ, with the world starting to wake up from their holiday slumber and getting back to work again. We didn’t slow down a bit with a Freak in the Google Sheets instalment on “Building a Writing Tracker”, another instalment in our ongoing Serial, this one titled “The Errant Pube” and most importantly a new post coming 12 hours from now where I will be breaking down the glorious free fall of publicly traded company.
Better set your alarm! Or just wait for market close in the USA.
Our paid subscribers also got to have a peek at their Visual Round up, one of the few subscriber-only perks (the other being the ability to comment on our posts).
No pressure, we continue to make 99.9% of our material free and we appreciate any and all subscribers who want to financially back our research and our advocacy work.
Next week, we are taking a breather from our Serial and you will see a new post coming that is sure to entertain, horrify, teach you a few things and hopefully make you laugh, at least once. We all have to laugh, if nothing else.
What Justin Watched This Week
I have loved these two paranormal barbarians since their Buzzfeed Unsolved days. On a cold (it’s not cold), dreary (the sun was shining) day in January (at least this part isn’t bullshit), I always love watching these two guys do their thing. I watched this one from their new channel, Watcher, and I encourage you to go check it out. It’s a good time.
From Last Weekend
What Justin Watched
Skinamarink (Amazon Prime) - this movie, for those of us trauma babies that grew up in an uneasy (or worse) home, will really get ya. It is creepy, it is weird, it is unnerving. Is it scary? I am still not sure, but I definitely was not feeling a state of enhanced chill while I watched it. 10 latchkey-kids-in-therapy out of 10. You booked therapy right?
