I like abandoned shit. This was an early fascination of mine, but it wasn’t until a pandemic ravaged the earth and time became warped that I had a realization. I could just get in my car and find said shit? I spent many days over the next year driving hours across the province in search of abandoned towns, homes, and buildings.
Now, life has a few more responsibilities and fewer restrictions that don’t isolate you to towns without people. But I still need my fix, and providing the good-good are a few select creators on YouTube. I can’t get down with gimmicky, disrespectful or disruptive explorations, so I’m a fan of JeremyXplores. Grab a relaxing substance of your choice or an even better calming coping mechanism, and settle in for the gorgeous camera work and calming tones of a dude who just loves a decrepit building:
